living in or near the State of New Jersey to join our team
as we help patients and familes navigate today’s complex
healthcare system.
Most
importantly, Support Systers nurses serve as a primary source of information
and continuity within the patient’s network of family members and health care providers. All of this is done in a way that complements the efforts of caregivers, case/care managers and health care professionals.
Support Systers nurses also provide tangible help and support
to members of the community in need of the following services:

Transporting
and accompanying patients on their medical appointments |

Maintaining
medical records |

Performing billing and insurance administration |

Performing
enhanced nursing support when appropriate |
