Support Systers, LLC provides individualized patient and family services in the State of New Jersey and neighboring areas. We help our clients maximize the quality of care they receive by simplifying the health care process as we navigate them through the complex maze of health care providers, testing and therapy facilities, insurance companies, processes and information.

Our Registered Nurses accompany patients on their medical-related appointments and serve as the primary source of information and coordination between patients, their loved-ones and health care professionals. We help manage the logistical issues of obtaining the best possible health care by advocating for our clients and managing insurance authorizations, claims processing, appointment scheduling and other daunting tasks. We are able to tap into the breadth of information available on the internet or conduct offline research to help our clients better understand the intricacies and nuances of their care.

Our clients are individuals and families who are having difficulty managing a health-related crisis or who generally require assistance in managing, facilitating and coordinating their ongoing health care needs. This includes seniors as well as people with short-term and mid-term chronic conditions that require rehabilitative services or ongoing treatments and therapies.
